Founded in 2019, Choice Division is a consultancy led by Elisabeth Großschädl and Therese Kaiser. New Work & Recruiting
- Challenge:
- Facing major generational transitions, Wien Energie needed to adapt its recruiting strategies to attract new, diverse, and qualified talent. Traditional communication channels were no longer sufficient to reach younger audiences or to position technical and green professions as appealing career paths. The goal was to develop a coherent strategic framework that connected internal processes with forward-looking talent communication.
- Solution:
- Choice Division provided strategic consulting and project management support to Wien Energie in the development of a new employer positioning strategy. We analyzed recruitment processes, identified priority audiences, and designed formats aligned with current labor-market dynamics—including guerilla recruiting, corporate-influencer initiatives, and Gen Z engagement. We coordinated internal stakeholders and external experts to turn strategic objectives into concrete measures. Combining analytical and creative work, we defined narratives that showcase the variety of career paths at Wien Energie and the growing importance of green jobs in the energy transition.
