Founded in 2016, Choice Division is a consultancy led by Elisabeth Großschädl and Therese Kaiser. We take on complex ideas, ambitious projects, and questions that require both structure and momentum.

Projects
Future Fit Festival
- Challenge:
- The Future Fit Festival 2025 aimed to establish Europe’s largest educational festival, reaching over 30,000 participants across 265 events in Vienna. The challenge was to shape an accessible city-wide program on job orientation and lifelong learning while coordinating a complex, multi-stakeholder initiative involving over 100 partner organizations.
- Solution:
- We supported WAFF in structuring the festival, defining project processes, governance, and collaboration across partners and formats. In parallel, we co-designed seven flagship events — including the Female First Fair and the Green Jobs Fair — and supported them from partner acquisition through to final implementation.
