Founded in 2019, Choice Division is a consultancy led by Elisabeth Großschädl and Therese Kaiser. Projects
Future Fit Festival
- Challenge:
- The Future Fit Festival 2025 was conceived as Europe’s largest educational festival, bringing together over 30,000 participants across 265 events throughout Vienna. The goal was to create an accessible, city-wide program around job orientation, skills development, and lifelong learning — with a particular focus on young people, women, and people with migration backgrounds. The key challenge lay in coordinating a large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiative that combined cultural accessibility with strategic clarity and efficient implementation.
- Solution:
- Choice Division supported WAFF in building the festival from the ground up — from defining the overall project structure and processes to coordinating the operational setup. We developed frameworks for project management, partner onboarding, milestones, and role distribution, ensuring coherence across more than 100 collaborating institutions, companies, and start-ups.In addition to the overall process management, we co-designed seven major “in-house” events within the festival, including the Female First Fair and the Green Jobs Fair, each designed to address key social and economic transformation topics. From establishing partnerships with companies from the private sector to the selection of relevant experts we supported the large-scale events from start to finish.
